![]() Sorry.I probably called it the wrong name. ' Execute command to to SEND/RECEIVE on IMAP account,(commented out.not needed) ' Execute command to do "UPDATE FOLDER LIST" for IMAP folders ' in case you have more than one email account. ' First make any folder active in the IMAP account you want to refresh folders in.just '* It will also do a SEND/RECEIVE on the IMAP account to sync emails. '* This macro refreshes the IMAP folder list.same as right click on count and "UPDATE FOLDER LIST" I'll post my complete coding here for others who might need the info I did. Do you know the proper terminology for those messages that appear in the dialog? And I can do an Outlook command from the ribbon to clear it periodically.then run my macro.so that last ribbon command and my VBA executions are the only ones to show in theĭialog. Things clean in case the need to troubleshoot arises. ![]() Anyway, clearing the box is icing on the cake.not a big deal, I just like to keep But Outlook always clears the box for me (just before executing the commands) when I do anything outside of VBA.
